Do you have a clear brief or understand the complexities
of your project?
Harvey and Little Building Services is known for its

and articulate project objectives before developing a clear path for delivery.

& objectives. As a fresh pair of eyes, we like to share our experience
with layouts, positions of key features and services, so as to maximise
the potential of homes and especially budgets.
It is imperative to look to the future to ensure tomorrows needs are fulfilled,
to optimise your space and maximise usability.
Once we have agreed a scope of works, we can provide a clear and concise

Unless you are a trained Quantity Surveyor, formulating a budget can be
as crude as asking friends, finger in the air or simply guessing. In the
first instance, we will provide outline costs with various options, to
enable our Clients to make valued judgements as to their scheme and budget.
